Payment conditions

Booking and payment conditions:

Written acceptance of the quotation is required to confirm the booking, which will be answered by e-mail.
Within 7 calendar days after the confirmation of the reservation, please pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation in advance. If required, our quests have the possibility to pay the full amount of the reservation in advance.

Cancellation conditions

The Customer must always notify the Hotel of cancellation in writing, which may also be done by e-mail.

Cancellation of services ordered may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. Between the 29th and the 14th day prior to arrival, the reservation may be modified once, the penalty for cancellation is 50% of the reservation fee. Between the 13th and the 2nd day before arrival, the arrival date of the reservation cannot be changed and the penalty for cancellation is 50% of the reservation fee.

Cancellation or no-show before and on the day of arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the booking amount.

In the event that the Customer arrives later or leaves earlier than the confirmed time of stay, the Customer shall pay the full amount of the reservation fee for the booked period.

Registration and other important informations

Hotel rooms can be booked from 14:00 on the day of arrival, On the day of departure, please leave the rooms by 10:00.

At check-in, all guests over 14 years of age are required by law to scan a photo ID and, for Hungarian residents, an address card into the VIZA system. Please have your ID ready on arrival. If no documents are scanned for guests under 14 years of age, please have your guardian fill in a hotel registration form for them.

Early check-in and late check-out for hotel rooms is subject to availability and subject to a surcharge.

You can use the Hungarikum Hotel's luggage room on the day of your arrival from the morning hours, and the 27 hectares of the Hungarikum Liget's many activities are waiting for you even before check-in time! The Restaurant of Hungarikum Hotel Czifray István offers an á la carte lunch between 12:00 and 17:00, which is available on request for a fee. Our Törley Bar offers a wide range of quality drinks (Opening hours: Mon-Sat: 6:30-23:00, Fri-Sat: 6:30-1:00), including coffee specialities, refreshing soft drinks, fruit juices, syrups, spritzers, bottled and draught beers, spirits, cocktails and flavoured spirits.

We kindly ask our guests to please indicate their food sensitivity and special dietary requirements when booking. The hotel Czifray István Restaurant, qualified staff can cater for almost all intolerances and special dietary requirements, except for high gluten intolerance.If special dietary requirements are not indicated at the time of booking, our hotel can only provide meals and dishes according to the normal dietary requirements.
